Repeated bars

I play in a brass band.  There is a symbol used in much brass band music for 'a bar identical to the one preceding' so that you don't have to enter the same figure over and over again (for eg trombones going oompah ad nauseam).  It looks a bit like a large, extended N, with a thick crossbar and thin legs.  Any chance of including this, both in form and functionality?  Also with the possibility of multiple numbers of repeat bars, i.e the N with a number above it?

You may want to check out reply 6 in article #3057 (and after) of the [abbr=Sorry, I don't know how to make this link work from here...]NWC forum[/abbr] (not the NWC2 forum).
Also, you are able to add these as text items already.
I have found a number of music symbol fonts where the % looks just like the single measure repeat sign, and the extended rest sign |----| is available in Boxmarks family of fonts found at this site.

I also want to see repeatbars both functional and visible.
Why? Try writing a drumset part without using repeatbars...
Yes, I know, you can always workaround it, but it would be
a nice feature.

Yes, Alf.  I have used the % sign myself to represent the bar repeat sign, and made it look OK for printing, but of course it doesn't function as such on playback.  It would be nice....

Martin, my wife is a percussionist and so I can appreciate where you are coming from, too.
