Version 2

I am one of the happiest persons over the news of the soon to be released version 2 NWC. NWC is the easiest notation software I have used so far, that's in the midst of Finale,Sibelius and Capella. I have had to turn to these three from time to time in frustration because of some of the shortcomings of the present versions of NWC. I am therefore happy that some of these shortcomings have been address in version 2. In my opinion NWC has handled the great things and left the minor though necessary things and if these are addressed then I don't know of any notation software to beat NWC.
I wish Tuplets and hiding of empty staves not in use at a particular point in the score can be added to version 2.0

Agreed. The best and easiest to use.
Now, we can start to rewrite the wishlist. If we do that from scratch, the two emerging at the top are indeed: Hiding empty staves! Tuplets!
