expression

In the exemple of moonlite  we have the sign tr ~~~~~
and i can not use it in my own composition,it dosn't work, what must i do,

I guess you wish to create a trill, but adding just the text expression doesn't work.

Indeed, creating a trill is a bit more difficult, but not too much.

Add a new staff and copy all the notes from the staff that you want to add the trill to to the new staff. Then, make the trill "manually", ie. use 16th notes to produce the effect. Then add the tr~~ expression to the original track to the correct position and hide the new track in Page Setup -> Contents.

You can see how it was done in Moonlight by unhiding all staves in Page Setup -> Contents, too.

Just one other point.  You should make the visible staff mute.  There is a button in the tool bar, just to the right of the "L" (for Lyrics) which looks like a speaker in a slashed circle.  If you click on that the current staff becomes silent.
