Multiple instruments 2002-11-02 01:37 pm Perhaps someone can help: how can I make a song with multiple instruments? When I have multiple staffs and try to insert different instruments in each of them, all staffs get the same instrument. For example: first 2 staffs need to be piano and third staff needs to be a bass. When I do 'Insert instrument patch' in the third staff, they all change to bass; including the piano-staffs. Thanks. Re: Multiple instruments Reply #3 – 2002-11-02 04:14 pm Thanks for that, but I do exactly that. Still, ALL the staffs change to the intstument I've chosen and not just the one I've selected. Any suggestion? Quote Selected
Re: Multiple instruments Reply #4 – 2002-11-02 05:54 pm Shouldn't behave that way.Try saving the file under a new name, reopening it, and use the F2 Instrument thing for each staff again.I'd also try getting rid of the inserted instrument patch, and just use staff properties to set the instrument for each staff. F2 gets you there, or Staff Properties at the top of the page. Quote Selected
