NWC Winamp plug-in

I have downloaded the Winamp files for NWC.

It appears in C:/Program Files/winamp/plugins

How do I run it?

the plugins bring up  "in NWC.dll"    and  "in NWC" which is the notice that the plug in has been installed.

There is no icon on my desktop for Winamp.

How do I run Winamp?

This may seem like a dumb answer, but you need to download and install Winamp.

Then, after installing Winamp, you install the NWC Winamp plugin, and then you can play NWC files within Winamp.
