Songfile Concatenation

I would like to be able to connect all or part of one songfile with another one. Using instructions on pages 29-30 I'm getting what I want on to the Windows clipboard, but am denied the paste option either in NWC editor or Windows' WordPad editor. Can someone help?

You have to do this from within the score editor, and you have to do it one staff at a time.

Thanks for the reply. Regular copy/paste does indeed work for one staff at a time (pasting to current or new songfile); but Special Copy does not paste, although it appears to put multiple staffs on to the Windows clipboard.
