Timpani Drum Roll 1999-09-26 04:00 am Has anyone come up with a neat way to show a Timpani Drum Roll? It's the note with the bars across the staff. I need to produce a conductors score and can't afford the space that 3 beats of 1/32 takes up (a bar is the width of the page.) Re: Timpani Drum Roll Reply #1 – 1999-09-26 04:00 am Get Barry Graham's Boxmarks font, which includes the tremolo markings you're referring to. Put this on the staff you use for printing. If you also want to have the NWC file playable with the timp rolls audible, put them on a hidden staff.You can download the Boxmarks font from the NWC Scriptorium.HTH Quote Selected
