using yamaha sw60xg voices

I have just purchased a Yamaha SW60XG sound card,
It gives me great sounds but I am not sure how to get the
NC to use the extra (non general midi) voices.

I'm new to midi, from what I can gather I have to send
some bank switch codes to the card -

1) How do I insert the hex codes I need to send ?
2) Even Better - can I get the NC to give me a menu
that includes all the 600 odd voices available ?
3) Any background info, reasources and help would be great.
