Slur/tie position

Hi, I'm capturing old scores in Noteworthy but i have a trouble with the slur/tie symbols. This are overlapping with the notation. How can i move this slur/tie above the notes?

Hi Dragonmex,
slurs can be moved around with "markers" (press the "@" key), but your example is a tie which doesn't respond to a marker.

However, if you highlight the note the tie is coming FROM, then press <Alt+Enter> to get to the note's properties page you can change the tie direction to "Downward" which will cause it to clear the other notes that are causing the problem.

A question I do have though is do you want that particular mark to be a tie or a slur?  They behave quite differently and your example looks to me like a slur would be more appropriate.

TIE's are created using the "/" (slash) key, while SLUR's are created with the ";" (semicolon) key.
