song with single-sounded couplets and SATB-refrain

I want to create a song, which has refrains with SATB (printed in 4 staffs).
The verses are single-voices.
When I print the music, the verses has blanco staffs.
How do I print the song, without the blanco staffs at the verses?

Presumably, you have a voice staff and then four SATB staves.
At the point where there is only one voice, you have to collapse the SATB refrain staffs.  You can do this by using by putting the cursor on each of the SATB staves and at the point where you no longer want them printed, press the "]" key and then select "Start a collapsible section.
At the point where you want the staff to display again, type "]" again and select "Cancel / Forbid from this bar".
If the bar to start displaying is to one or two bars within a system, then Noteworthy will sort it out.

When you put the song together and you have most of it in place, if you don't understand what I have said, then please feel free to send it to me and I will show you how it's done (assuming I have understood what you are asking).

Rich.
