point size vs page size

Hi All,
I have a part for a piece I printed out and
when I set the point size to 19 the music
only covers about 40% of the page but when
I set the point size to 20 the music takes
up one page and a third of a second page.
Why can't I set a point size to 19.5?
Why doesn't the music automatically fit to the page size?

What version of NWC are you using? Would you please e-mail me your file for review?
