Patch numbers

In the staff properties: String Ensemble 1 -> Send patch 48

In score review: String Ensemble 1 -> Patch = 49

So what? This is confusing. Let's decide: either 1-based or 0-based.
Or, since MIDI needs the number 0-based but humans start counting from 1, let's make the difference clear. ;-)

Concur with Rick here too:  zero based. 

It ought to be consistent everywhere it's presented in the software.
