sending templates

One of my contacts request a NWC-template containing my settings.
My contact is using NWC 2.5 (unregistered), he is trying NWC for the first time. I am using NWC 2.5 (registered).
He tells me he cannot open the file into his NWC. Even the .NWC as the .NWCTXT file.

In which way I can give him my templates and songs?

I may be wrong, but I belive the evaluation version is only available to try out either putting in a limited amount of music or to look at the sample music supplied.

The NoteWorthy "Try it" page gives the following advice :

In addition, any files that you create in this evaluation version are not portable to other computers, other digital media, or other versions of NoteWorthy Composer. Simply put, your use of this software is restricted to evaluating it on the computer in which it is installed.

I fully expect the reverse to apply. So your contact would only be able to load your nwc files upon paying for and registering their copy of NoteWorthy Composer.
