Can this software play multiple tracks of different instruments and does the software have a percussion feature?

Yes to both. The limitation on number of tracks available will normally be determined by your hardware's track and polyphony capabilities.

I add a precision for the second question. The software doesn't actually have a "percussion feature", but it supports General Midi, and General Midi supports percussions, usually on the channel #10.
