Articulations?

Is there a way I can notate articulations such as bowed tremelos and flutter tonguing?

Must be back a fair way by now.
Barry/Eric, could you add it to the user tips page?
That'd be a good place for it.

Yes, please post the font in the user tips so those of us without newsgroup access can get it. Even better, add the useful font symbols onto the end of the Noteworthy font (including a space character!) so everyone can do this in a standard and portable way.

Well Andrew, now I need to figure out how to use the dang font file. I figured I'd post here rather than e- mailing you direct because there might be someone else out there like me who is only computer semi- literate.

Thanks again!

Once you have acquired the boxfonts.ttf file,
1) in each file (and you may be able to set up a template to do this automatically, I haven't tried), in Page Setup | Fonts, assign boxfonts.ttf to one of the User fonts.
2) enter some text (X command) and specify the font to use as the user font you defined above
2a) to help enter the correct font, I often use the trusty old windows Character Map program, which shows an array of all of the characters
3) There is no number 3.
4) You may need to slightly adjust the sizes at step (1)
4a) If you change the note size, you will need to readjust the user font size, as they don't rescale automatically.
