Note stems going up

When I go to |Tools|Audit Note Stems|, the stems go up.
I've posted similar topic before, but I knew something ~~new~~recently... Going-up stems..

They become:

I don't think this is new. Workaround is the same as before. After running 'Audit Note Stems', run the user tool: AuditBeamStems.
