Slurs under phrasing marks

I can't find a way to notate slurred notes under a phrase marking.  For instance, if I have three bars which I have notated as a phrase by notating a slur from the first note of the three bars to the last note of the three bars, then I can't notate individual slurred notes within that three bar phrase.  Any tips or tricks to fix this please?

To expand a bit on Lawrie's response: the simplest way to do this is to create two identical staves and layer them together. (On the upper staff, check layer with next staff on the visual tab of the staff properties dialog box.) Then put your phrase marks on one staff and your slurs on the other. It's best if you mute one of the staves. There are several possible refinements of this idea - for example, there is Rick G.'s trick of using headless, stemless notes to create slurs on a separate, layered "slur staff" - but that's the general idea.

Hope this helps -
