New to NWC2 2009-09-16 04:45 am I'd like to start my first post by saying hello to everyone.I just bought NWC2 for my daughter today since she's suddenly gotten into the whole You-Tube recording trend. My question is regarding the midi recording function of this software. I followed the FAQs instructions and set up everything like it should be. (Input Device, Rhythm Template, etc...). After finished recording and exporting to .mid file, we found that the playback was at an abnormal speed, it wasn't at the speed that she played but rather at the speed of the Rhythm template (or that's what we think). I myself am not good at computer software and we're both stumbling around the site trying to find a solution. If anyone know, please kindly respond.Thank you. Quote Selected
Re: New to NWC2 Reply #1 – 2009-09-16 04:55 am You can change the tempo of any Rhythm template by selecting and editing the tempo designation. The Rhythm templates use tempos that do not preserve width, so you must select the tempo expression anchor (usually an anchor sign), then press Alt+Enter or Edit->Properties.See also:FAQ - What does Preserve Width mean?Edit Properties Command Quote Selected
