Noteworthy doesn't accept license number

Hi
Can anyone help me please-given that Noteworthy themselves haven't replied to my emails.
My old computer died and now onto my new computer I've installed NWC from CD using the license number that is on the CD (which is the same as the license number on the letter that came with the CD).
However, although it has installed OK, it says it is an unlicensed copy-which means it won't print and maybe there is other stuff it won't do.
Any suggestions please. OIt is probably a fairly old version-I've had it about 6 years or so, but I reckon it should work.
Thanks
Sandy

We have not received any e-mail from you. In general, with older versions, you have to enter your name and code EXACTLY as they appear on the registration label, including hyphens, periods, and upper/lower case letters. Once you do this, it should work.

However, if you are trying to install an old copy of NWC onto a new system that uses Vista, you might experience trouble. Fortunately, a valid NWC Version 1 license allows you to upgrade to the latest version for free. You can upgrade from this page:
