Authentic sounding Tremolando?

Hi guys,
My numerous attempts at a tremolando have failed miserably. They always sound like a machine gun firing. Does anybody have a quick, easy suggestion for a more realistic sounding tremolando?
As I don't know how to attach an example file, I have pasted the script that comes from copying and pasting the bar in question. Hope it makes sense to somebody!

Adding a Playing Style of Legato or Tenuto helps as does the Sustain Pedal.
The trick is lower the effect of the attack.
Of course, this is all very Instrument and soundcard dependent, but this sounds more realistic for a Piano with my soundcard:
