Does anyone know a good program that converts Wave or Mp3 to Midi???

i had times ago such lil' utility that made from mp3 a midi file.

Wgar WAV song is it? If it's easy enough you could probably convert it yourself.

MP3 to Midi? I have heard the following characterisation: it's like unscrambling an egg. Don't try it. It's illegal, immoral and probably fattening.
