Printing - diagonal line error

Hi folks,

I'm trying to print an 8-page piece for 4-voice a capella choir with piano reduction.  For the last several prints, it has printed a diagonal line through the upper system on each page.

I've opened and printed other personal files and NWC samples, and none have the diagonal line.

Any suggestions for a cause and a fix?

- Does it have the diagonal line in the print preview? I suppose not;
- What version of NWC are you using?
- Can you put the .nwc file on the web, and post a link?

You can narrow down the problem (it appears to be very new) like this: copy the file, and strip the copy, removing one staff at the time, until the print does not have this line anymore. You will now know the offending staff. It might help... and you could even go further by removing all but page one, and then strip bars / print until the problem disappears - and now you will have found the offending bar. And spent 20 pages...

The line doesn't show in print preview.

I'm using v. 1.75b (32-bit) Composer.

I'll post it once the copyright comes back.  I"d like to know what y'all think.

I do not see a diagonal line in the printed version of your file.

The only unusual part of your file is the margins (File, Page Setup, Margins). Your top and bottom page margins are very small. This causes Page Numbers to get cut off at the top of the page.

What paper size and orientation are you using?

Problem solved. This was an issue with the printer driver/settings.
