I do not have a copy of the NW CD, so where can I download a copy of the NW Handbook

I did - and can't find it.
I downloaded this file some time ago - there were about 170 pages - I'd like to download it again as I have lost the original one - I think it was a PDF file

are you thinking of the "Command Reference" that Barry Graham originally put together?

It is available here on the Scripto, also accessible from the command page in whole (first link) or in parts.
