I NEED HELP!!! MY COMP WONT START SO I CANT USE NWC!

I'm very desperate at the moment...

All I do is restart my computer, and it loads like normal at first. The windows blue screen thing-a-ma-bob does it thing and the process i completely normal, then all of a sudden, at the log in screen, it STOPS LOADING! The first time this happened,it told me that kernal.ddl had stopped working and I closed it, then I noticed that the resolution was set back to very low. The next times I tried rebooting, it wouldn't load period. I tried to start in safe mode, and that works. Last time I had used my comp before i restarted it, I was looking around through the "msconfig" area to disable startup items so my comp could have more free space for the soundfonts I use with my SoundBlaster Live! 5.1.The only thing I disabled was the Schedule Agent.

This is a bit off topic, too, but I am aware that the soundfont limit is between 20 and 32 Megs and anything over will be dropped. I am only using 10 MB and it is dropping instruments. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Back to startup issues, why is this happening, and how do I get the comp to work again!? I am running on A Windows 98SE OS. Ask about anymore stuff and I will answer.

Please help me!!!

So boot to Safe Mode, run msconfig and enable Schedule Agent. I guess it was important. Maybe other things were relying on it.
Also ask yourself if there was anything else that you may have disabled.

What soundcard?

I said SoundBlaster Live! 5.1

Nevermind,

I finally fixed it.

I had to remove the the SoundBlaster and GeForce devices from my Device Manager, and the next time I rebooted, they reinstalled automatically, and my computer is working again.

that wasn't "ME", I don't have a soundblaster soundcard, and "Anonymous" can be anyone | last time I used "NoteWorthy Online" as a name test, so they changed the name I typed to "Anonymous", and made it impossible to include the words "NoteWorthy", "Online" and "Support" (case insensitive) in the "Name" field

I never actually used the name "Anonymous" (I just told you about it in the last reply)
