audigy 2 zs notebook

I just installed the audigy 2 zs notebook into my lap top.  After installing the software and selecting the soundfont icon on the menu, it appeared soundfonts were not supported as the soundfont file icons did not appear to be associated with the soundfont section of the software.  What am I missing here.  Does anyone have any ideas.
