Highlighted text during playback - jumps to wrong line

I've noticed that the program wants to jump to the second line in a repeat situation. Case in point: I have a song that has 2 verses. The first part of each verse is repeated but the program doesn't recognize verse numbers so it continues on its merry way jumping to the second verse. Any ideas?

Can you provide an example so we can see what you mean?  Highlight the sections of the two staffs one at a time and copy them into a reply to this message.  If it's more than a few bars, just remove a few bars before copying, since we only need the bars before and after each flow direction to see what you mean.

I guess I didn't state clearly what I mean by the words being highlighted incorrectly in a repeat situation. I notice that the program does not recognize when the verse number changes. The situation I have is that I have to have the first line of text highlighted on the second run-through when repeated. Inadvertently, this does not happen -- the second line is highlighted. What I'm attempting, e.g.

1. verse 1 (repeat highlight of the line of verse one)
2. verse 2 (repeat highlight of the line of verse two)
etc.

What is happening, e.g.

1. verse 1 (highlight jumps to verse two on the repeat)
2. verse 2 (highlight continues on this verse line)

Right now the only way I can get around the problem is to forget the repeat and enter (copy) the entire repeat portion a second time.
