Where is the repeat option?

In the old version, there used to be a repeat option, but I could not find it in the new version.

The repeats are in the Bar line choices.  Press B and choose Master Repeat Open, Master Repeat Close, etc.

Although the message does not say so, I assume this is in reference to the NWC2 Viewer. The Viewer does not have a repeat option for play back at this time.
