Ho do I unzip a zip file? 2004-04-04 08:17 pm I downloaded "nwctip_msrnums", a .zip file for layering bar numbers for every measure. Does anyone know how I get the two .nwc files out of the envelope? Quote Selected
Re: Ho do I unzip a zip file? Reply #1 – 2004-04-04 10:17 pm (1) Your computer might already have an unzipper built in. What happens if you double-click the file?(2) There are many unzip programs available for download. Some of them are free. The one most commonly recommended is NOT free - but a lot of people take advantage of the free trial period, then never pay. Rather than do that, I suggest you find a genuinely free unzip program.(3) Try "7zip" which is a recent, free unzip program fromhttp://sourceforge.netSearch for "7zip" and download the most recent Windows executable file (not source code). The Sourceforge web site is designed for programmers, so finding a file may be intimidating to a newbie. Quote Selected
