NWC to MP3 2004-04-02 04:53 am I use Noteworthy to help me learn my choral parts, but that leaves me tied to my computer. How can I translate my NWC files to MP3 so I can put them in my Palm and listen to them on the bus? (If there were a Noteworthy Player in Palm format that'd be the best, hint hint.)thanks! Re: NWC to MP3 Reply #2 – 2004-04-04 07:57 pm For simply using a sound file for part-learning just bring up NWC and half-size it and bring up a sound recorder, Windows sound recorder will do if you know how to make long recordings, or there is an unlimited time one around here somewhere or use Nero Wave Editor recorder, and play NWC and record smultaneously. There might be a few pops and spits depending how good your system is , but generally works well enough, and all your holds and breath marks are intact, you don,t loose them as when converting via the midi route. You then have to change to mp3 and again there are plenty of freeware converters available, eg db Poweramp. You can even us a low level conversion to save space.
