MIDI files

whenever i open a midi file, the staff comes up empty. how do i fix this?

If no notes are imported when you attempt to open a MIDI file, then either the file is not really a MIDI file, or it does not contain any note events.

You can send us a copy of the file if you are unable to determine this for yourself.

no it  works. i just had to restart my computer. and even the files in the noteworthy folder werent working.
