Even Windows' native Sound Recorder, although the total record time will be severely limited unless you resort to some "trickery."I use CoolEdit, but this also does a lot more than just record wavs, giving extensive editing control also.The more recent releases of Exact Audio Copy (a precision CD ripper) include rudimentary wav recording/editing features... for free.
