Best Keyboard?

Can anyone recommend a keyboard that I could use to inport into Noteworthy MIDI files? How is this done? I am a novice at MIDI, but I think Noteworthy can convert what I play into notation. Any recommendations? I want a keyboard that I will be happy with for a long time.
