Having selected an entire staff, visual staff properties set to default (black) colour yet some notation is appearing blue as are some bar lines.

I unlayered staffs to make sure each individual staff was set to default yet some notes still appear blue. Any solutions please?

Oops, layering of staff is greyed out - I'm inevitably on last part of last verse of carol... Do I need to restart and make sure I've selected layering staff before I begin?

I've come back after a break of about 3 years to using NW 2.5 and am desperately trying to sort out transposed down carols for Christmas. For accompaniment I need to place a crochet rest below a minim rest on Treble staff but can't work out how to do it. Elementary no doubt but so far I'm unable to do it. Can some kind soul please help this tyro?
