Managed to successfully save a simple change to a file just now. I had to right?-click (I think it was right-click) on the Noteworthy icon in my desktop & tell it to run as administrator. Thanks for the tip! Linda
I have 1.75C version which I purchased in June, and last week purchased a new PC with Windows Vista Home Basic on it. Vista can't save any changes to my Noteworthy files created by Windows XP. When I try to save a file, it says "Unable to Make a BAK file. Save anyway?" I click "Yes," it then reads "Unable to save file" and I can't close the file without losing all my data. Has anyone else experienced problems saving files with Vista? I had Windows XP on my other PC and it worked great. I haven't tried making any new files with Vista - I'm afraid I'll lose anything I create.
It's really frustrating. Any suggestions? Thanks, Linda
I write a lot of music for piano or harp accompaniment, and I often use rolled chords. I haven't figured out how to notate these using NWC. Can anyone help? Thanks!
