keyboard vs NWC

I own a KN930 Technics keyboard and I would like to connect it to my computer. I bought MIDI adaptor that is pluged in joystick port and when I open the keyborad, the screen doesn't display anything.

Is there anyone who can help me... Thanks

All the help you need should be right there in the NWC help system. Look up "FAQ: Recording a Live Midi Performance" and "Midi Input Active."
