1. That's automatic. You don't need to mark it manually. If you are using the "back" button so you can go to the next unread topic, you may need to "refresh" the screen to see the update.
2. If the examples are in a "code" window, just click the "Select" link at the top of the code window, press <Ctrl+c> and then paste into NWC. Either:
a) |Edit|Paste as New File
or
b) |Edit|Paste in an existing file that you have already open.
