I am interested in producing Ukulele Tabs. Is there any suggestion that this can be done in Noteworthy

NoteWorthy has no dedicated support for tabs. The attachment is an attempt to use what it does have.
It is for guitar. Ukulele should be easier.
For printing, Color 4 might be better set to "white". Or not...

The source for the piece is a common result of an image search for tablature.

LilyPond has pretty good tab support. Create the music in Noteworthy, export it, add the tab support to the lilypond file and you would have what you want.
