Shape note heads

I'm using NWC 2.5. Trying to convert standard noteheads to shapenotes, using the notehead command. All I can see after doing it is an upright rectangle, not any kind of note. It looks the same in print preview. Is there a fix for this problem?

Sounds like the system font doesn't contain the glyphs... What system font are you using (standard is NWC2STDA)? If that is the one in use, what version is it?

If it's one of mine (*from the PardyPack) I'd like to know the same details (name and version) in case there's a problem I need to fix.

* NWC2SwingDings, NWC2MusikDingsSans, NWC2MusikDingsSerif or NWC2HiResLP
