How to step through the score a note at a time?

I'd like to step through the score, one note at a time, perhaps using the right arrow key.  As I step though, the audio should sound, and the active staff's  notes should highlight on the keyboard.  How may I achieve this? 

If not possible, would Development consider adding it?    Thanks.

There is no built-in support for stepping through play back in the manner that you describe. The new Viewer does allow you to use the Space Bar for pause and resume, so you can achieve a similar effect.
