Record Midi to different staff

Hello,

I use a classical organ with a midi connection to my laptop with Noteworthy so that I can write my own music.
I open a new SATB file with 2 saffs, what I want is the first manual of my organ is the first staff, the second manual on my organ is the second staff.
In the staff properties I set up midi channel 1 for staf 1 and midi channel 2 for staf 2.

Is there a possibility that when I play on the organ with the first manual and the second manual same, the notes import to staf 1 and staf 2 directly?
Now when I play on the different manuals same, al the notes import to the same staff, the active staff.
