Foot-Control to PAGE_DOWN Print Preview screen? 2009-11-29 06:29 am Is anyone familiar with a foot-pedal that would send the command "PAGE_DOWN" to Windows (XP)?While viewing NWC compositions in Print-Preview with the monitor in Portrait-Mode, (much better than Landscape-Mode for filling up the screen with the composition), I want to be able to page-down with a foot-pedal while playing a musical instrument. Perhaps the foot pedal, if the switches are not too hard to operate by hand, could be mounted in easy reach on the keyboard.That said, Belkin used to have (maybe they still do) a USB game controller that had an application which allowed you to program it's buttons. A young man from my church used one of these to create his own foot pedal, by remounting the circuit board in a more robust case - perhaps you could use this approach to make a finger operated unit that sits on your keyboard.<edit> *In hindsight I should qualify this - if I could have economically arranged a display unit to suit me then the aspects of MusicReader that I felt were limiting could have been overlooked.
