NWC to MIDI

Hi. I was using NoteWorthy2 Demo Version to type up a song and I really need it as a MIDI file. Unfortunately, the demo doesn't let me export it as a MIDI :( Is there any way to convert the NoteWorthy2 file to MIDI without the full version?

File, Export is not available in the evaluation copy of NWC2.
This includes MIDI export.

The longer answer depends on what you want to do with the MIDI file. If you want to turn it into an MP3 file using SynthFont (or some similar software), or e-mail it to your friends, there are utilities that can capture the realtime MIDI stream on any computer. The resulting file will contain only an initial Tempo and no Key Signature(s). This typically makes the file useless for import into another notation package or a sequencer.

If none of the above makes any sense to you, then the long answer is the same as the short answer: No.

NoteWorthy, quite reasonably, does not want the demo used as a "front-end" into a competing product. And the "front end" of NoteWorthy is superior to packages that cost ten times more.
