a friend of mine wrote a song using noteworthy and managed to get a note to slide up a tone.
This would be useful for "bending" in guitar solos for me.
How do i do it?

To accomplish a slide, use the Pitch Bend Multi-Point Controller.

To insert an MPC, press L or select Insert|Multi-point Controller from the menu.

Then pick Pitch Bend from the Controller box, and set Style to Linear Sweep.

Click Setting 2 and set the Time Offset and Time Resolution, and finally specify the pitch change in Controller value. The maximum value of 8191 means a whole tone up.
