Full Orchestra Template 2003-11-24 05:17 pm Anybody have a template for a standard full orchestra? I mean a staff for EVERY instrument part where you could actually print individual parts and distribute to an orchestra, or enable layering and print a full score. The trick is making it so you can also render as a midi. I realize that there are only 16 tracks to work with, so this takes some creativity. For example, you could put Piccolo, Flute I and Flute II all on Track 1, but the Piccolo part would actually be played as a flute in the midi or the composition would require the Piccolo playing w/o the flutes. Same thing could be applied Trombone I/II/Tuba, English Horn/Oboe I/II, etc. I have some ideas on how I might try it, but thought somebody probably has already tackled this problem before.
