sb16 and soundfont 2000-12-28 05:00 am Hey all,I (still) have a Sound Blaster 16!! Just the other day I found out I could play midis through the Quick Time movie player. Quick time used a soundfont that works with the SB16 and I was wondering if its possible to use it in Noteworthy Composer instead of the standard midi sounds that are no good.Thanks Quote Selected
Re: sb16 and soundfont Reply #1 – 2000-12-29 05:00 am NWC can play any MIDI device that includes standard Windows MIDI drivers. As far as I know, QuickTime does not provide a standard Window's driver to access its capabilities. You probably have to save as a MIDI file, then play it in QuickTime to get its benefits.
