Hi everyone

I recently purchased the product and received a download link, but I didn't download it immediately, now I can't download it anymore, could you help me?

You will have to email     support@noteworthysoftware.com

Give them all the details of the purchase . You could even perhaps, include a copy of the email that they sent you wilth the download link.  This is the only way to resove your problem if the link they gave you is not working.

Yes, I sent it 3 days ago and I'm waiting for support.
Does it really take so long?
