Collapsible Staff Doesn't Work Correctly

I’ve spent several hours trying to collapse a staff (going from 3 staves to 2), without success.

I read the help file and examples, but still can’t make it work. I’ve sent three e-mails to the NWC support address, but have received no replies.

The score is attached. The boundary in question is at the end of the top staff. It collapses the top staff, but it also collapses the other staffs!

What am I doing wrong?

Because the top staff also controls things like system breaks etc, you must have a top staff even if you do not use it.

So if you fill your top staff with empty rest bars, then the collapse staff will work OK.  See attached.

For NoteWorthy Software: I don’t see a mention of the top staff being required in the help documentation. Did I miss it?

If it’s not in the documentation, seems like this is a key point that should be added.
