Notation Soft with MIDI support of pitch and durat 2000-09-29 04:00 am Hi ppl!!!I am trying to get a good software that supports MIDI import and interprets correctly pitch and duration of the notes and puts them in a printable multi-staff tablature also. In addition, I would like to print the final results. I have recently tried Noteworthy Composer, and it seems to be very good, but it doens't recongnize the duration of the notes, e.q. if it is a whole or a half or quarter either.Do you know if it is exits that?.Thnxz. Re: Notation Soft with MIDI support of pitch and durat Reply #1 – 2000-09-29 04:00 am NoteWorthy Composer does, in fact, measure note lengths during import. You have control over how precise this operation is handled via the note and rest resolution settings, set from the Import Wizard and/or Tools | Options | Import. Quote Selected

Re: Notation Soft with MIDI support of pitch and durat Reply #3 – 2000-10-01 04:00 am When you play from a MIDI keyboard in real time using the Tools | Record command (or toolbar button), the resulting automatic import is based on the settings in Tools | Options | Import. However, you can also manually import after using the Record commmand by using the Staff | Import Recording command.See also: https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=111, https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=1249, https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=1255, https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=1341, https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=1344, https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=788 Quote Selected
