The ultimate concensus is (drum roll please): No
A single "voice" (any instrument, including a human voice), if it is a clean recording, might go OK, but complex sounds (a "dirty" voice or multiple voices) you can pretty much forget.
I would be very happy to be proven wrong. If there have been sufficient developments in this kind of software to actually work I want to hear about it, but I doubt we have either the software or the available computing power to do it in real time as yet.
