How could I get fixed-width measure?

Hello,

The width of measure is determined by counts of notes.
Therefore, on the paper, a staff has defferent number of
measure.

I want to get somewhat one staff, one line horizontaly,
has four measure with fixed width.

How could I get fixed-width measure regardless of the number
of notes?

Please, give your help...

NWC adjusts measure widths based ontheir content. There is no way around this.

That being said, you do have some control over this by adjusting content -- example, use strings of blank spaces to widen the measures. Also experiment with staff font size and "adjust for longer note duration" or however it's phrased (in Page Setup) to get the spacing you want (use Print Preview to check it).
